Many may know her as a little bit sassy and a little bit feisty but her husband as well as many others knew her as “mammy” but deep down she was the sweetest, most carrying women you would have ever met.  She loved her family and all of her friends so deeply and would do anything she could to help anyone.  She enjoyed having little get together’s at her home with all her family and friends but the most memorable of all was just a few weeks ago as she celebrated her 40th wedding anniversary with little did we all know would be her last.  She will so very deeply be missed by her family and friends and will never be forgotten and will always be truly loved.

She was preceded in death by her father James McMillon and her mother, Amy Murphree.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years James Morehead; her daughter, Kimberly Lynn Tanner; her Grandson, James Austin Morehead; her siblings, Sylvia McMillon, Dianne Kees, George McMillon, Dewitt McMillon, Jimmy McMillon; Sister-in-law, Mary Lizely and her husband Mike; Brother-in-law, Charles Morehead and his wife Tina; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy McMillon, Ethan McMillon, Robby Phillipson, Ron King, Jeffrey Phillipson, Brent King.
