I would like to ask for special prayers for Matt Mangum.  Matt is the son of Jimmy and Kristy Mangum of Magee…..very special friends….Matt is facing another challenge…these are the words of his mother..

“As many of you know, Matt has had another positive biopsy. We will have a PET scan next Tuesday and surgery next Wednesday! Please pray specifically for a clear scan!!! God answers prayers!!”

We all know that God does answer prayers…lets get going prayer warriors.

I just can’t believe it has been 20 years since the first Relay for Life…..we all thought these people had lost their minds…staying up all night…walking around the track in the dark…singing and screaming…putting on the hits..but

yes, friends…it has been 20 years!   Hope to see everyone at the Magee High School Track tonight…the event begins at 6 and ends at 11.  Relay for Life is such a special time…a time of remembrance…a promise of hope…be apart.

Just a reminder, if you see a picture on MageeNews.com, you may copy the picture or print the page.  The printed pages from MageeNews.com make great keepsakes.

Christian Women Job Corps Spring Tea is Saturday at Overflow Church from 2-4.  Tickets are $10…get ready for a bunch of treats!

Got drugs??? Well, Saturday is the morning you may turn in old prescription pills or bottles…the Magee PD will dispose of the items in the proper manner.

Blessings to everyone…and prayers
