Magee, MS — Peoples Bank President and CEO Dennis Ammann is pleased to announce the promotion of Celeste Collins to Loan Operations Officer. Celeste has built a strong career at Peoples Bank, progressing through a variety of roles that reflect her dedication, attention to detail, and deep understanding of loan operations.

Since beginning her career at Peoples Bank as a Teller in the Magee office, Celeste has held several key positions including Customer Care Associate, Loan Assistant, Loan Processor, and most recently, Loan Control Specialist. In her new role as Loan Operations Officer, she will continue to support and strengthen the bank’s loan operations team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all loan processes.

“Celeste has shown an incredible work ethic and adaptability throughout her career with Peoples Bank,” said CEO Dennis Ammann. “Her progression through the organization is a reflection of her professionalism, deep institutional knowledge, and commitment to service excellence. We are proud to recognize her growth and contributions with this promotion.”

Celeste holds a Bachelor of Arts from Millsaps College and a Master of Science from Mississippi College. She continues to bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to her role, contributing to the success of the Loan Operations Department and the bank.

Celeste works from the Main Office in Mendenhall and is the loving daughter of Peggy Bowden.
