Monday Magee High school baseball team beat Mendenhall and became district champs. 18-4 was their record for regular season. They start the first round of playoffs this Thursday against Lawrence County.
Simpson is on a roll following the win to become district champs…they began their play-off for south state next week.
City baseball is in full swing! Send pictures of your cute players! MageeNews.com is going to film the “MageeNews.com” baseball team at the Sportsplex Tuesday night…something I just want to try!
