January 29, 1954 – May 17, 2016
Lucy Delancy, 62, of Braxton, passed from this life Tuesday, May 17, 2016 peacefully at her home. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Bro. Jimmy Breazeale will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements, (601)847-4401.

 
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.

 
Mrs. Delancy is survived by her sons – Tommy Delancy (Tonya) of Purvis, Will Delancy (Stephanie) of Braxton; grandchildren – Morgan Delancy and Olivia Delancy; brother – Bruce Rourks (Marie); sister – Aggie Orcutt (Eugene) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Delancy is preceded in death by her husband – Tommy Delancy; parents Chester Rourks and Hazel Rourks; brothers – Bill Rourks and Jay Rourks; sisters – Sherry Wilson and Evelyn Swanner.
