Ernest Ward Bryant passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018, at his residence at the age of 64. He was born on January 18, 1954 to the late Ernest Velpo and Girtrue Kennedy Bryant.
He was a retired truck driver and loved playing gospel music on his guitar.
Ernest is survived by his loving wife Wendy Dickerson Bryant; son, Clint Bryant (Leanna); daughters, T.K. Bryant and Kennedy Bryant; sisters, Dora Lay, Carolyn Stubbs (Tommy) and Jean Summerall; grandchildren, Goon Dunn Bryant, Taylor Bryant, Savannah Bryant, Kyla “Too Tall” Bryant, Kadin Bryant and Kayleb Bryant.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Mize, MS with funeral services following at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Rudy Jackson and Bro. Perry Robbins officiating. Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
