Curtis L. Beckham, 82, of Magee, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Magee General Hospital. He was born on July 28, 1932 to parents, B. A. and Ila Mae (Doss) Beckham in Hico, Louisiana.

During his younger years, Curtis served in the army. He was retired from Southern Natural Gas Company.

He is survived by wife, Wanda (Dean) Beckham; sons, Randy Beckham, Ricky (Leisha) Beckham; daughters, Donna (Jimmy) Carlisle, Dina Bridges, Debbie (Ricky) Barnett; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one brother, Ronnie Beckham.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by  his brothers, O.H. Beckham and Herman Beckham.

Visitation will be from 5- 8 PM, Monday, March 16, 2015, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee. Services will be Tuesday, March 17, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 449 Mount Zion Road, Mt. Olive, MS., with an hour of visitation prior to the service starting at 11:00 AM. Bro. Trent Sullivan will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
