College Savings Mississippi Rewarding Over $7 Thousand in MACS Scholarships at Egg Bowl

lynnCollege Savings Mississippi is the official half-time sponsor for the November 26th showdown between Mississippi State and Ole Miss known as the Egg Bowl.  Treasurer Lynn Fitch will be on-hand to award MACS scholarships to two students who compete in the Tuition Toss during half-time.

Registration is open to students enrolled at one of Mississippi’s four-year, public universities.  Two entries will be chosen at random to compete at the Egg Bowl, tossing footballs into a target as quickly as possible to get the most through.  The winner will get a $5,529 MACS scholarship and the runner-up a $1,529 MACS scholarship.  With the average tuition for two full-time semesters at one of Mississippi’s public universities up to $7,027, these scholarships can go a long way to help!

Registration closes at 11:45 pm on November 15th.  The rules and the entry form are available here:
