Ya’ll, several years ago, I put out a plea for people to send Brother Cortez Sellers birthday cards…well, here I go again!
Brother Sellers taught at Magee High School for years…he worked at the Piggly Wiggly for years…and he never had children…his wife has died…basically, he has very little family.
Brother Sellers has been a resident of Hillcrest for several years. (Many of you will remember the 18 wheeler that ran through a house on highway 28 below E. O. Berry Motor Company…well, that was Brother Seller’s home which he was in when the truck plowed into his home)
His birthday is December 28th. He will be 95!!!!!
I thought some of his former students and friends might like to send him a Christmas card as well as a birthday card.
He is a special man who deserves to know we still love him.
