Magee Soccer boys were successful with wins the past two games.
Last Friday, December 2nd, the boys played Provine and Tuesday night, December 6th, Wesson for victories.
For those of you who do not understand soccer it is a very fast pace game. There are two 40 minutes half’s with no time outs or stopping of time during that 40 minutes.
Soccer has become an increasingly popular sport with the Trojans.
In high school this sport is played during the coldest months of the year, November – January. These players endure frigid temperatures and damp weather during play.
Coach Dick Wendt has been the soccer coach at Magee since its beginning.
Bring your heater and come out and support these athletes as they compete. If you do not understand the game just ask the person sitting beside you, they will be glad to explain the rules.
The team will travel Thursday, December 8, 2016 to Forest to take on the Bearcats.
