According to Chief Denis Borges: Magee Police Department responded to an accident on Highway 49 near Industrial Park Drive involving a Simpson County school bus and a truck. The driver of the truck became entrapped in the accident. Fortunately, no children were on the bus at the time. The injured driver was transported to Magee Hospital for treatment. Officers are still on scene working the accident.
