It’s Game Day in Magee! Trojans Host Mize for Homecoming

It’s Game Day in Magee, and Friday night at Trojan Field promises to be a special one!

The Magee Trojans will host the Mize Bulldogs Friday, September 11, 2026, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.

But this isn’t just another Friday night football game. It’s Homecoming at Magee High School, bringing together students, families, former students and Trojan fans for one of the school year’s favorite traditions.

Adding a little extra excitement to Homecoming is the matchup itself. Magee and Mize are both neighboring schools, so there should be plenty of familiar faces—and plenty of fans cheering from both sides of Trojan Field.

A highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the 2026 Magee High School Homecoming Court.

Members of the court, pictured from left, are Layken Barnes, Braiya Rosse, Kamryn Draughn, Audrey Thompson, Anaya Jones, Kaylee Brown, Anah Webber, Kaylyn Durr, Journeigh Berry and Skylar Barnes.

Homecoming is also a time to welcome former Trojans back home. All Magee High School alumni are invited to come out, reconnect with friends and enjoy a Friday night at Trojan Field.

There is just something special about Homecoming—the court, the band, the cheerleaders, the football team, the alumni and a stadium filled with Trojan fans.

So pull out the red and gray and head to Trojan Field Friday night!
