The Magee Police Department has arrested and charged the following individuals:
Josh Barnes
Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony
Disregard of a Traffic Control Device
Resisting Arrest
Alexius Franks
Attempted Burglary
Kitara Price
Credit Card Fraud, Intent to Defraud, Felony
Brando Collins
Aggravated Domestic Violence
The Magee Police Department would like to recognize our Patrol Division and Investigation Division for their continued hard work, professionalism, and dedication to serving the citizens of Magee.
As these cases move through the court process, the charges may be upgraded, reduced, or remain the same. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The Magee Police Department remains committed to protecting the community and enforcing the law fairly and professionally.
