I challenged the team to play to their standard regardless of what the score or circumstance was. I was proud of how they came out and executed at a high level, building a 41-0 halftime lead. We are 2-0 in the district, but play in the toughest district in 3A with 2 top 3 teams. We have the defending 3A champion in Raleigh coming to town. They are very well coached with tremendous athletes. We need a good crowd to show up and be loud. It seems like we just kicked off the season, but this will be senior night as well as a pink out.
