How about those Magee Trojans!!!
Our hometown Trojans are on a roll, and Friday night was another big night for Magee football!
The Trojans took care of business against the McLaurin Tigers, cruising to an impressive 48-7 victory and extending their winning streak to five games!
Magee entered Friday night’s match-up riding a four-game winning streak, and the Trojans showed no signs of slowing down. The team has been putting points on the scoreboard and playing some mighty good football!
With the win, Magee improves to 6-1 on the season. Four of those victories have come by more than 20 points! That’s something to be proud of!
McLaurin, meanwhile, drops to 2-5 after losing five of its last six games.
Next up for our Trojans is Raleigh! Magee will face its familiar rival Friday night at 7:00 p.m. McLaurin will take on Seminary, also at 7:00 p.m.
The Trojans are building momentum as the season moves along, and there’s plenty of excitement surrounding our hometown team.
