Wilson C. “Toby” Wade passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at UMMC Hospital in Jackson at the age of 77. He was born on March 8, 1941, to John W. Wade, Jr. and Bessie Lee (Masey) Wade in Pelahatchie, MS.

He was a retired store manager.

Toby is survived by his ex-wife, Glenda Lucky, son, Matthew Wade; daughters, Sarah Henderson, Victoria Vice (Jay); godson, Christian Smith; sister, Judy Price (Fred); brother in law, Joe Hedgepeth; sister in law, Jackie Wade; nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Scott Wade; brother, Jerral Wade; sisters, Magle Ingle, Maxine Holland and Patricia Luke.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the VFW in Mendenhall with a visitation prior to the service from 12-2:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Tutor Funeral Home of Magee was entrusted with arrangements.
