We, too, should strive to live as close to our Savior as we can.

The Scriptural passage for today is taken from Psalm 19:14: “May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.” The psalmist lived as close to his Lord and Master as he possibly could. He communicated with him throughout the day and night, seeking God’s counsel and asking for leadership and direction. He sought with all his might to please God. We, too, should strive to live as close to our Savior as we can while doing His will, The words in this verse should be our ongoing prayer to God. Let us each strive to be found acceptable in God’s sight. Amen!
