Watson Theodore Martin, Jr. (Ted) passed away on October 10, 2021.
He was born in Magee, MS on May 10, 1927 and graduated from Magee HS in 1944. After graduation, he attended Copiah Lincoln, and served in the Maritime Service and the Navy. He then attended Louisiana Tech University and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked at General Electric, Jet Propulsion Division in Cincinnati, Ohio for 33 years.
He is survived by Betty Jane Martin, his loving wife of 71 years; his daughters Regina Carroll (Jim), Landis Braddock, and Sandra Martin; and by his son Steve Martin (Karen).

Ted was a devoted grandfather to seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He will be remembered as a devoted and cherished husband, father, and grandfather.
A memorial service will be held in Magee on February 12, 2022. The location and time are to be determined.
