Victory for the Lady Trojans
The Lady Trojans played Piney Woods on Thursday night, September 21th. As the game between the Trojans and the Tornadoes began, everyone was excited for what was to come. Magee Varsity Trojans dominated the game with their serves. Captain, #18, Abby Myers lead the team with phenomenal serve streaks. Despite Piney Woods’ efforts, the Lady Trojans won three consecutive sets, in part to the Lady Trojans’ serves and their teammate Mikilia Daniels’, #22, victorious spikes. Magee ended the third set bringing the final score 3-0.
The Lady Trojan Volleyball team will once again have the home court advantage as they play Heidelberg on September 25. Junior varsity will play at 5:00 and Varsity will be at 6:00.
