On Friday, August 19th, 2022 at approximately 11:30pm, Magee Police Department received a 911 call about shots fired in the area of Park Place Apartments on Raleigh Drive.

Magee Police Department officers immediately responded and located two (2) victims who had been shot.  Kenneth Johnson was transported to Magee General Hospital with minor injuries.  Michael Barber was also transported to Magee General Hospital, and was then airlifted to UMMC for further treatment.

The incident is still currently under investigation.
