Three Trojan Baseball Players Chosen for State Games of MS

Adam May, Brennon McNair, and Chandler Pittman have been chosen to play in the State Games of Mississippi held at Meridian Community College July 8-11.

The three young men tried out for the prestigious tournament and made the cut.

Allen Eubanks is the baseball coach at Magee High School.  Congratulations to Coach Eubanks for having his players selected for the team.

The State Games of Mississippi has an annual All-Star baseball game that consist of the top 18 juniors and seniors from the 8 different Districts.  The 8 teams play in a tournament hosted by Meridian Community College.

July 8th will be “Workout Day” where the players showcase their abilities in front of college coaches.  July 9-11 are the dates the games are played.  The top 2 teams will play in the finals for the Gold Medals.

Adam, Brennon, and Chandler will be competing in the tournament  for the District 7 Team.

The City of Magee, Magee Baseball, MageeNews.com and area friends and family extend congratulations to these three fine young athletes.

Schedule:

Thursday, July 9 @ 5:30

Friday, July 10 @ 3:00

Saturday, July 11 @ TBA

Gold Medal Game @ 7:00
