Susan Jenkins (SGH Director or Nursing) and Shana Lane (Director of Risk management, infection, and control) visited MageeNews Wednesday, January 20, 2021 to inform the public about services available at SGH.
If you are in need of a COVID vaccine, call 601-847-8304 to set up an appointment. An appointment is needed …so get your name on the list! SGH has already administered over 500 vaccines. According to Susan, even if you leave a voice message, they will get back with you!

Susan and Shana shared valuable knowledge with the public concerning vaccines, swing bed, when to call, and when to go! Vaccines are administered in the clinic. If you have had COVID, wait 90 days before taking the vaccine.
SGH has a regular emergency room and a COVID emergency room. As patients arrive, they are questioned and then sent to the appropriate area.
