During the regularly scheduled board of aldermen meeting on October 21st 2025, Mr. Christopher May was allowed to speak during the public comment section. As he began addressing the board, his comments turned sarcastic and were directed personally toward individual members, causing a disruption. After being asked to stick to the agenda respectfully, he refused to do so and continued on. To prevent further disturbance and maintain order, Chief Denis Borges, calmly approached Mr. May and attempted to ask him multiple times tone it down  to prevent his removal, but May wouldn’t acknowledge the request or attempts. Chris was subsequently escorted from the meeting room without further incident.
