Approve the Resolution of Support for an Application for Federal Tiger Discretionary Grant Program from the U.S. Department of Transportation to fund the South Central Mississippi Roadway Improment Initiation Program for South Central Mississippi (Copiah, Simpson, Jefferson Davis and Covington Counties.

3. Federal Wage Rate Certification for the Tiger Grant.

4. Certification under the American  Recovery and Reinvestment Act for the Tiger Grant.

5. Approve the Resolution adopting the District 5 Regional Hazardous Mitigation Plan.

6. Approve the transfer of $53,150 from the General County Fund 001 to the Solid Waste Fund 400 for insurance proceeds from the wrecked Garbage Truck from last year.

7. Approve the budgeted transfer of from the General Fund 001 to the E911 Fund 097 $22,740.00 to the DUI Grant Fund 040 $12,343 and to the Seized & Forfeited Fund 124 $89,113.00.

8. Approve applicable travel, registration, lodging and meals

9. Authorize the claims and immediate issuance of checks for the following:

A. Doug Eichwartzle in the amount of $3,500.00 for the erection of the pavilion at the Harrisville Park in connection with the Pearl River Basin Development District Recreational Grant.

B. Hancock Bank Public Finance Leasing Department in the amount of $3,629.90 for a lease purchase payment on the 2 new John Deere 670 Motorgraders.

10.  Acknowledge and Record in the Board Minutes:

A. Youth Court Order for 2015-2016 to re-hire Dionne McKinney as Youth Court Clerk in accordance with the AOC budget.

B. Certified budget funding request fromt eh Pearl River basin Development District for fiscal year 2016 in the amount of $50,141.00.  Annual Financial Report for fiscal year ended June 30, 2014, Certified Budget for th fiscal year 2016.

C.  AMR April 2015 Response Compliance Report.
