Simpson Academy held its 2021 graduation ceremony on Friday, May 7, presenting diplomas to 47 graduating seniors.
Mollie Jones, the daughter of Kelly and Ashley Jones of Magee, was named Class Historian and delivered a speech highlighting the accomplishments of the graduating class.
Salutatorian Ramsey Jones, the son of Dana and Chris Jones, also offered an encouraging message to his classmates.
The Valedictorian of the Class of 2021 was Noah Overstreet, the son of Drs. Jeff and Angel Overstreet of Magee. Noah encouraged his classmates to trust God with their new beginnings.
Students from the class have been accepted and received scholarships to various community colleges and universities throughout Mississippi, as well as out of state.
