Schedule of 59th Annual Dixie National Livestock Show and Rodeo Events Taking Place Friday, February 2 through Sunday, February 4 

 

STATE FAIRGROUNDS, Miss. – Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce Andy Gipson invites everyone to attend the 59th annual Dixie National Livestock Show and Rodeo and announces the schedule of events taking place tomorrow Friday, February 2 through Sunday, February 4, 2024. All events take place on the Mississippi State Fairgrounds. The following livestock shows are free to the public.

Scheduled Activities & Events for Friday, February 2, 2024:  

·         9:00 a.m. – Swine Showmanship – Swine Arena/Barn 6 

·         15 minutes after Swine Showmanship – Mississippi Bred Barrow Show – Swine Arena/Barn 6 

·         11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Dixie National Steakhouse – Trade Mart 

Scheduled Activities & Events for Saturday, February 3, 2024:  

·         8:00 a.m. – Market Hog Show – Swine Arena/ Barn 6 

·         11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Dixie National Steakhouse – Trade Mart 

Scheduled Activities & Events for Sunday, February 4, 2024:  

·         10:00 a.m. – Market Steer Show – Coliseum 

·         11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Dixie National Steakhouse – Trade Mart

·         2:30 p.m. – Commercial Beef Heifer Show – Coliseum 

Events of the 59th Dixie National Livestock Show and Rodeo run through Sunday, February 18, 2024. The Dixie National Rodeo, the largest rodeo east of the Mississippi River, takes place Friday, February 9, through Sunday, February 11, and again Wednesday, February 14, through Saturday, February 17, inside the Mississippi Coliseum at the State Fairgrounds.

Friday, February 9, at 7:00 p.m. – Conner Smith & Colin Stough 

Saturday, February 10, at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – Tracy Byrd 

Sunday, February 11, at 2:00 p.m. – Chris Cagle 

Wednesday, February 14, at 7:00 p.m. – Megan Moroney 

Thursday, February 15, at 7:00 p.m. – Sammy Kershaw 

Friday, February 16, at 7:00 p.m.  – Corey Kent 

Saturday, February 17, at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – Parmalee 

 

Dixie National Steakhouse Hours: 

February 2-8, 2024 – 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.  

February 9 & 10, 2024 – 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.  

February 11, 2024 – 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.  

February 12 & 13, 2024 – CLOSED  

February 14-17, 2024 – 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.  

February 18, 2024 – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
