Ronnie Dale Ellzy passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023. He was born on November 4, 1969, to Johnny Ray Ellzy and Emily Sherrill Herrington in Jackson, MS.
Ronnie loved the outdoors and enjoyed to hunt. He was a big talker and would carry on conversations easily. He adored his children and loved them greatly. Above all else, he was a Christian.
He is survived by two daughters, Gracie Ellzy and Kat Ellzy; his father and stepmother, Johnny Ray Ellzy Sr. and Sherrye; brothers, Johnny Ray Ellzy Jr, Tucker Ellzy, Mike Ellzy, Richie Ellzy, James Gill, Quinton Gill and one sister, Nicki Gill.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Emily Sherrill Herrington Gill and his two sisters, Joanne Marie Sheppard and Misty Jordan.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 6, 2023, at Mendenhall City Cemetery in Mendenhall, MS, at 2:00 PM. Bro. Lance Varner will officiate the service with interment to follow.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
