Rebecca Magee Sanders passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at MS Care Center of Raleigh, MS. She was born on October 15, 1932, to the late Duncan Malloy Magee and Sarah Frances Maddox Magee in Magee, MS.
Rebecca was a homemaker that loved taking care of her family. She enjoyed cooking, their gatherings, and having them around to enjoy. She will be missed by them. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Magee.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Charles Sanders; daughters, Frances Robinson (Stanley), Mary Nell Little (Danny), and Barbara Broadhead; and many great and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of forty-one years, Billy Charles Sanders, and her daughter, Joan Sanders Pearson.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023, at Magee City Cemetery at 10:00 AM. Dr. Jim Taylor will officiate the service.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
