Ray Wings located at 2140 Simpson Hwy 49 in Magee held a ribbon cutting celebrating their grand opening.
Owners are Ellis Ray and Serraa Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan build the business himself. Their daughter Stephanie Hamilton will manage the restaurant.
