Local resident Bridgett Kennedy has taken her barbecue to a new level. Began as a hobby, Queen B”s Q has turned her cooking into a business!
Bridgett prepares her food at her house located in Eastside. She has barbecue grills everywhere! She has wood everywhere and a refrigerator full of rubs.
Although Bridgett sometimes makes her own rubs, she is passionate about supporting small businesses and does so through the promotion of the businesses’ rubs.
The Queen cooks any type meat but her favorite is a brisket. “I always cook 2 or 3 of whatever I am preparing so I can chose the best one,” stated Bridgett.
