Christopher Michael Coward of Magee, MS passed away on Wednesday, July 7th, 2021, at the age of 47. He was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on December 6, 1973, to Charles and Willette (Mansell) Coward.

He graduated Magee High School in 1992. He continued his education at Mississippi College to play baseball, and then onward to the University of Southern Mississippi. His passions were hunting, fishing, and cooking. Chris had a generous heart that loved helping people. He was known to bring joy to those who loved him.

He is survived by his parents; sister, Kimberly Flanagan (Jarrod) and nieces, Chandler and Chrisanna Berry.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at First Methodist Church in Magee, Ms. A memorial service will follow at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Jarrod Flanagan officiating.

Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
