Oak Hill Lodge #553, which was charted in 1915, is still active in the community. The lodge members collected canned goods and donated to Voice of Hope Ministry in Magee.
The Free and Accepted Mason still reside in the building from 1942. The original Lodge was chartered at Low, Mississippi in 1915. The group was moved to Magee in 1935.
The masons are very much still a part of our community and look forward to more involvement in the community. Oak Hill Lodge #553 is a part of the history of Magee and plans to continue to strive for the success of Magee.
