” Congratulations to Mendenhall Jr High for winning the 2023 Central Mississippi Championship on Monday Night. The 7th grade team went undefeated while averaging 30ppg and only giving up 12 pts total all year. Coached by Head Coach Casey Eubanks this is the 5 straight championship game the Jr High has been in, while winning 4 CMC Championships. 2019 7th (Champions) 8th (Champions), 2020 7/8 combined (Champions), 2021 (7th Runner up) 2022 (8th Runner up) 2023 7th (Champions).
Jabari Craft #7 lead offense with 800 total yards and 8 Touchdowns, followed by Ben Martin #25 with 600 yards total with 6 touchdowns. Leading the Defense in tackles were Jadaruis Owens #73, Arrmon Thornton #16, and Ja’Marius Jenkins had 2 Interceptions.
