Noley Dell Parker passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023, at MS Baptist Medical Center. She was born on October 7, 1944, to Ed Phillips and Mary Hicks.
She is survived by her son, Ross Parker (Christy); brother, (Tony Phillips), sisters, Rosie Morrow (Cecil), Myrtle Goen, Donna Holbrook (Jerry); grandchildren, Megan Martinez (Aarron), Madison Hodges, Brittney Parker and great-grandchildren, Rylee and Gavin.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
