On February 14, 2015, at approximately 0059 hours, Officer Joey Shows stopped a white Crown Victoria with no tag at 2nd Avenue SE. The driver was identified as Justin Lichte. Lichte gave consent to search the vehicle and officers found a small plastic bag containing syringes, pipe, and vial containing liquid methamphetamine.
Justin was transported to the Magee Police Department for DUI other, no insurance and possession of methamphetamine bond $5,000.00
