On February 15, 2015 at approximately 0337 hours officers of the Magee Police Department received a phone call about a possible intoxicaed driver coming into Magee. Officer Jacob Trest stopped the vehicle driven by Charles Dunaway who resides at 203 5th Ave SE. Dunaway was charged with DUI other, Possession of Paraphernalia, No Insurance, Child endangerment, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon bond set at $10,000.
Dunaway had in his possession a rifle 44 magnum, with scope. This was seized by the Magee Police Department.
