John D. Shook, 61, of Mendenhall, Mississippi, died Friday at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, February 12, 1957.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall, MS.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Mendenhall, MS.  Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 847-4401.
