Jerry Wayne Phillips, 46, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

He was born on September 21, 1972 to his parents Virgil Larry Phillips and Gwenda Sue (Worthy) Phillips in Jackson, MS.

Jerry is survived by a sister, Donna Lynett Phillips; nephews, Virgil Ray Phillips, Scotty Joseph Bounds; nieces, Gwenda Marie Phillips, Shannon Hope May, Charity Nichole May-Phillips, Joy Noel May, Angel Moody; great nephews, Samuel Joseph Phillips, Christopher Malachi Clark, Braydenn Mathew Ray Roland and great nieces, Shaniya Marie Phillips, Serenity Danielle Jones, Christina Marie Jones and step-mother, A. Marie Phillips.

A Memorial Service for friends and family will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Tutor Funeral Home Chapel in Magee, MS.

Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
