James N. Brown passed away at his home on Sunday, January 3, 2021, at the age of 85. He was born to Arthur Lee Brown and Ruby Lee Brown in Brewton, Alabama.
He was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and had a lifelong love of horses. He retired from a career with Georgia Pacific.
He is survived by sons, Mike Brown (Mary Ann), James Brown (Beverly Mauldin), Russell Brown (Deborah); grandchildren, Marty Brown, Jannie Hope, Erica Alexander, John Eason, Cooper Brown; great-grandchildren, County, Cole, Mara, Kingston.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
