Magee High School Band, aka The Pride of Simpson County, participated in “Groovin in the Grove” at Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg Saturday, October 9, 2018.

The Trojan drum line received best in the class and overall percussion from all the bands participating in Saturday’s performances.  Pictured with trophy is Beni Rojo and Ben McGrew.

The band did not receive rating as in the past as far as ones, twos, and threes, but a point system.
