The Scriptural passage for today is found in Matthew 6:14: “For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.” Forgiveness is all-important in the life of a Christian. We must be willing to forgive if we are to expect to be forgiven. This admonition is found several times in the BIBLE, especially in the New Testament. Let us, therefore, look upon personal hurts and unkind slurs as tests or opportunities for us to exercise forgiveness. Always remember: we are forgiven by God in like measure as we ourselves forgive others. Amen!

Role models can be positive or negative.

Don’t put a lot of concern into what others think of you.
