Class Information:
Classes begin January 18, 2018, and will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., two nights weekly for eighteen weeks at Co-Lin Simpson Center.
Registration is due by December 7, 2017.

College credit is not available for this training program.

Entrance Requirements:
Age of at least 18
Ability to read and write
High School Graduate/GED equivalent
TB Skin Test
Physically fit per physical exam by physician
Hepatitis B vaccination started prior to clinical or ambulance run portion of the class.
Minimum score of 10 on the TABE reading test or 16 on the ACT taken after Oct. 1989 or 12 taken before October 1989

Tuition: $550.00 + Uniform Fee: $25.00 due upon registration
