The Scriptural passage for today is found in Acts 3:19: “Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.” Now is the accepted time. We all come to a crossroad in our lives when a decision must be made. We either accept Christ and turn, or we allow the time to pass and do nothing and one day face the consequences. Here, in this verse of Scripture, we’re clearly told what we must do in order to be saved from eternal separation from God. We must realize our sinful condition, repent, and turn to Him to receive that glorious refreshing which only the Holy Spirit can provide. Don’t refuse so great a gift. Turn to Jesus now. Now is, indeed, the accepted time. Amen!

Role models can be positive or negative.

Don’t put a lot of concern into what others think of you.
