The Scriptural passage for today is found in Proverbs 22:6: “Discipline your son, and he will give you peace; he will bring delight to your soul.” I realize discipline is generally frowned upon by many these days, but God’s Word doesn’t waiver. We believers know this and recall a time when discipline was a given. It was administered in the home, school, and society at large. It was a must in our household while growing up, and it has been ever since in my own home. Without law and discipline, there are no guidelines, no punishment for an infraction. Make those little ones mind, and they’ll thank you for it one day. Set the standard as found in the BIBLE.
Okay, let’s get out there today and share the love and joy with all those with whom we come in contact. Be kind, gentle, and humble. Make a difference and have a great day!
