The Annual Magee Crazy Day began with a little “frost on the pumpkin” on Saturday, October 28th.
Magee Chamber members and other volunteers started arriving before day break to welcome the vendors to Magee’s Main Street.
Peoples Bank’s Dash for the Cash 5K began at 7:30am with the Fun Run following at 9am.
The Magee Library had a couple of book signings as well as a book sale located inside the Magee Library.
The crowd was slow to start but as the sun came out the people starting strolling down Main Street.

Arts and Craft vendors were lined up selling their beautiful homemade items to help get everyone in the holiday spirit.
I loved the speakers along Main Street. Even if you could not get down to the Uriel Everett Park to hear the different activities going on, you could still be apart of it from one end of Main to the other. Magee Elementary Choir have some talent. Even in the cold, they sang their hearts out!!
Magee Mayor Dale Berry introduced the All Star Champions to the attendees. Later in the morning, the 1967 Magee Ladies Basketball Championship Team were recognized.
Crazy Day is even good for your school Senior Project….Sarah Berry made the best of the cool crisp morning by talking about Organ Donation for her Senior Project.
