Terrance Logan appeared before the Tuesday, May 3, 2022 City of Magee Board of Aldermen meeting requesting fees for the Juneteenth event waved. A celebration for Jubilee Day on June 19, 2022 will be held in the Industrial Park. The free event will be open to the public from 12-7 PM. The Board granted permission to wave the fees.
According to Logan, pop up shops, venders, music, and food trucks will be on site. Parking is in front of the National Guard Armory.
