Cassie Bynum, Boswell Regional Center employee, was just recently awarded a certificate in Public Management. Cassie successfully completed six management and leadership courses in the State of Mississippi’s CPM program. The state CPM program is administered under the Mississippi State Personnel Board which serves as training for state employees that develop professional competency in the field of public management.
