The Magee Chamber of Commerce was pleased to celebrate the official ribbon-cutting for H&S Eastside Country Store on July 24, 2026, welcoming this family-owned business as it continues investing in the local community.

Originally from Madison, Mississippi, the owners officially took over the store in March and have been working diligently to transform the property. Renovations have included repaving the parking lot, installing new flooring, and completing numerous interior improvements to create a clean, welcoming, and convenient shopping experience.

H&S Eastside Country Store is proud to be the only local store in the area offering live bait, including crickets, minnows, worms, and a variety of fishing supplies, making it a valuable resource for anglers throughout Magee and the surrounding communities.
