During the Magee Board of Alderman meeting Tuesday April, 4, 2017, discussion was held to give the Relay for Life committee permission to use the lower end of Main Street near PrioirtyOne Bank  for the Relay Event  on May, 5, 2017.

The north end of Main Street will be blocked off around noon that day to prepare for the nights festivities. Access will be allowed for customers to access PriorityOne Bank and drive thru.

Several old items were voted to surplus and dispose of from the Community House.

All minutes and claims dockets were approved.

The discussion from the previous board meeting regarding the Diamond Club requesting permission to transform the pavilion at the Sports Complex  into a locker room was researched and found due to the pavilion being built with grant money no alternations can be made to the pavilion.

Permission was granted to adopt and proceed forward with the renewing of the 2017 Airport Grant and Engineering agreement.

With no further business meeting was recessed until next scheduled meeting, April 18, 2017.
