Magee did not let the first inning against West Marion get them down during Monday’s, May 13, 2019 game. Top of the 1st inning West Marion would score two runs when Clay Blocker hit a home run. Magee would answer and take the lead and never look back in the second inning and win by a score of 14-4.
Magee racked up 15 hits in the game. Seth Russell, Timon Kennedy, Brennon McNair, Canden Bridges and Landon Hayes all had multiple hits for the Trojans.
Timon Kennedy toed the rubber for the Trojans. Kennedy would go six innings allowing 4 runs, on six hits, striking out two and walking one.
